rating 1.5/5 - 12.10.2017Ich wurde unfreiwillig Kunde von green, da sie Genotec übernommen hatten. Mit diesem Wechsel war ein massiver Qualitätsverlust verbunden. Die Seite wurde oft "gehackt", obwohl weder mein PC noch verseucht und obwohl ich Passwörter immer geändert hatte. Die Seite wird dann gesperrt und wenn man Glück hat wird man darüber informiert. Die Unterstützung durch den Support ist inexistent. Ich glaube, ich bekam noch nie auf meine zahlreichen Fragen eine Antwort. Es wird nach ein paar Tagen zwar geantwortet, aber eigentlich nicht spezifisch auf die Fragen eingegangen. Ich arbeite im IT-Sektor und Ihre Antwort war, "wenn man Webhosting betrieben will, muss man schon über ein minimales Grundwissen verfügen"...Ich habe mich noch nie durch eine Firma so ignoriert gefühlt. Man hat den Eindruck, dass die Supportmitarbeit er von den zahlreichen unzufriedenen Kunden abgestumpft sind. Ich weiss nicht, wie die anderen Dienstleistungen von green sind, aber aufgrund des Supports würde ich niemals eine von ihren "Dienstleistungen" beanspruchen.

rating 1.125/5 - 07.12.2017Nombreux problèmes avec leur solution d'hébergement de boîte email (compris dans le pack hébergement Web), J'ai été souvent confronté à des emails tout à fait légitimes qui étaient bloqués par leur filtre anti-spam. Le problème est que ces spams ne sont pas simplement déviés dans un dossier spam d'où je pourrais éventuellement les récupérer, mais ils sont tout simplement effacés. Après demande de support (au passage, oubliez le support en Français), ils m'ont indiqué qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire.Le service et le support est mauvais. Support en allemand ou anglais (pas de français), réponse tardives voire aucune réponse aux demandes de support (même après envoi en courrier recommandé). A éviter.
